Description En tant que premier point de contact, vous traitez les demandes des clients qui arrivent via nos différents canaux (téléphone, email, chat, ...). Vous assurez un service de qualité à notre clientèle pour tous nos produits (carte revolving, prêt à tempérament, assurances liées) en répondant correctement et avec professionnalisme. Vous proposez activement nos produits et services afin de fidéliser nos clients. Vous assistez le département au niveau administratif. Vous prenez des initiatives et cherchez des solutions adaptées aux besoins de nos clients. Vous aimez la polyvalence et savez jongler entre plusieurs produits de crédit et différentes tâches. Company Notre partenaire est une société active dans le secteur bancaire. Profile Vous disposez d’un diplôme de bachelier ou avez une expérience équivalente dans le domaine. Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle. Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais. Vous avez une excellente faculté d'analyse, disposez d’un esprit commercial développé et d’une bonne orientation client. Vous aimez le travail en équipe, êtes dynamique et conservez votre bonne humeur et votre approche professionnelle, même sous pression. Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome. Vous êtes consciencieux et faites preuve de rigueur dans votre travail. Vous êtes à l’aise avec MS Office. La certification FEBELFIN est requise ou à acquérir dans un délai de 6 mois.
