Functieomschrijving Als Application Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op het technische applicatiebeheer binnen onze organisatie. Deze rol vereist een diepgaand begrip van diverse applicaties, hun technische infrastructuur en het waarborgen van optimale prestaties. Je leidt een team van technische applicatiebeheerders, coördineert met andere afdelingen en externe leveranciers om operationele excellentie te bereiken en risico's te verminderen. Daarnaast beheer je alle aspecten van wijzigingen in applicaties, waarbij je zorgt voor naadloze integratie en minimale verstoring van de bedrijfsvoering. Ook handel je serviceaanvragen af om tijdige oplossingen en gebruikerstevredenheid te garanderen. Je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden Leiderschap en teammanagement Leid, coach en beheer een team van technische applicatiebeheerders Bied begeleiding, ondersteuning en expertise aan teamleden om een effectieve uitvoering van verantwoordelijkheden te waarborgen Stimuleer een cultuur van samenwerking, innovatie en voortdurende verbetering binnen het team Technisch Applicatiebeheer Monitor en evalueer applicatieprestaties, identificeer verbeterpunten en implementeer oplossingen om prestaties en betrouwbaarheid te optimaliseren Zorg voor naleving van best practices, standaarden en procedures voor applicatiebeheer Beheer de uitrol, configuratie en onderhoud van applicaties Wijzigingsbeheer Beheer alle aspecten van wijzigingen in applicaties, inclusief planning, implementatie en evaluatie Coördineer met stakeholders om de impact van wijzigingen te beoordelen en strategieën te ontwikkelen om verstoringen te minimaliseren Zorg ervoor dat wijzigingen gedocumenteerd, getest en effectief gecommuniceerd worden aan relevante partijen Voer wijzigingscontroles uit om de integriteit en stabiliteit van applicatiesystemen te waarborgen Servicemanagement Behandel servicemeldingen met betrekking tot applicatiebeheer, inclusief incidentoplossing, probleemoplossing en gebruikersondersteuning Prioriteer en wijs servicemeldingen toe aan teamleden, waarbij tijdige oplossingen en gebruikerstevredenheid gewaarborgd worden Ontwikkel en onderhoud service level agreements om te voldoen aan de behoeften van interne en externe stakeholders Verbeter continu de processen en procedures voor servicemeldingen om efficiëntie en effectiviteit te vergroten Portfoliobeheer Stel een besluitvormingsproces op met bedrijfsverantwoordelijken om wijzigingen in applicaties te selecteren en te prioriteren Geef inzicht aan business stakeholders over de voortgang, planning, afhankelijkheden en risico's van de levering Samenwerking en coördinatie Werk samen met multidisciplinaire teams, waaronder softwareontwikkeling, infrastructuur en operations, om een naadloze integratie en werking van applicaties te waarborgen Coördineer met leveranciers en externe dienstverleners voor een effectief beheer van externe applicaties en diensten Communiceer effectief met stakeholders om updates te geven, vereisten te verzamelen en zorgen over technisch applicatiebeheer aan te pakken Technische evaluatie Beoordeel technische ontwerpen, voorstellen en implementaties om ervoor te zorgen dat ze geschikt zijn en aansluiten bij de organisatiedoelen en standaarden Coördineer met de Enterprise Architect om de evolutie van het applicatielandschap te monitoren Geef technische begeleiding en aanbevelingen om complexe problemen op te lossen en technische oplossingen te optimaliseren Risico- en beveiligingsbeheer Werk samen met de Information Security Officer om potentiële risico's en kwetsbaarheden in applicatiesystemen te identificeren en strategieën te ontwikkelen om deze te mitigeren Implementeer beveiligingsmaatregelen en protocollen om gevoelige gegevens te beschermen en te voldoen aan relevante regelgeving en standaarden Jouw profiel Bachelor diploma in computer science, informatietechnologie of een gerelateerd vakgebied Een masterdiploma is een pluspunt Bewezen ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in technisch applicatiebeheer of een vergelijkbare rol, met een aantoonbaar succes in leiderschap en teammanagement Diepgaande kennis van applicatieontwikkeling, uitrol en onderhoudsprocessen, evenals relevante technologieën en frameworks Sterk begrip van ITIL-praktijken, DevOps-principes en agile methodologieën Uitstekende communicatieve, interpersoonlijke en leiderschapsvaardigheden Vermogen om te multitasken, taken te prioriteren en effectief te werken in een dynamische omgeving Analytische mindset met het vermogen om complexe problemen op te lossen en datagedreven beslissingen te nemen Openheid voor nieuwe technologieën en benaderingen, met de bereidheid om continu te leren en zich aan te passen aan veranderende trends in de industrie en organisatorische behoeften Certificering in relevante gebieden zoals ITIL, Azure, Agile-methodologie of vergelijkbaar is een pluspunt Aanbod Wat er bijkomt Je wordt verloond naar takenpakket, kennis en competenties.
