Description:
  • Soutenir les contracts manager dans la préparation des revues de projets mensuelles.
  • Soutenir le directeur de l'unité opérationnelle dans la préparation des examens mensuels de l'activité.
  • Suivi administratif et financier des contrats dans SAP et FMIS. 
  • Facturation du portefeuille de contrats.
  • Suivi de la facturation et du flux de trésorerie. Contacter le client à ce sujet si nécessaire.
Profil
  • Vous avez obtenu un diplôme de bachelier dans un domaine administratif. De préférence, vous avez déjà pu le mettre en pratique au cours d'une expérience de +- 5 ans dans des tâches similaires.
  • Vous maîtrisez le PC et Office. Excel, Teams, Outlook ne vous sont pas inconnus
  • Reconnu pour votre précision et votre esprit d'équipe. Quelqu'un qui a le souci du détail et qui a l'esprit d'équipe, c'est ce que nous recherchons. 
  • Vous voyez le travail en avant. Vous êtes connu comme quelqu'un qui prend des initiatives et qui est proactif.
  • Avoir de l'expérience avec SAP est un atout
