Technical Advisor E-Mobility

Als Technical Advisor ga je de bestuurders (die vaak voor het eerst elektrisch gaan rijden) begeleiden in een oplossing op maat voor thuisladen. Je schat daarbij de workload in die nodig is om een laadtoestel voor de EV wagen te installeren aan de hand van ingediende informatie en foto’s.
Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van operations en support team.
Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters kunnen ook in aanmerking komen.
Heb je een achtergrond in een (elektro)technische richting is dit een zeer sterke plus.
Je bent vertrouwd met het MS office pakket en je leert snel nieuwe (digitale) tools aan. Ervaring in het werken met een ERP – pakket (in bijzonder Odoo) is een plus.
Je bent vlot in de omgang, commercieel ingesteld, hulpvaardig en plichtsbewust.
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels en je beheert het Frans goed . Praktijkervaring in plaatsen of verkopen van laadpalen, zonnepanelen, huisbatterij, of gelijkaardig is een grote plus.
Een voltijds (of 4/5e) vast contract met verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie en een snelgroeiend marktsegment.
Je krijgt de kans om 4 dagen/week van thuis te werken en bent wekelijks minstens een dag op kantoor.
