Known for delivering impactful digital solutions, they collaborate across borders to serve major international brands with creativity and precision. In order to sustain their growth, they are currently actively looking for a new Sales Manager for their Brussels offices As the successful Sales Manager - Digital Marketing Agency - you will have the following responsibilities: Business Development & Prospecting Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, including responding to complex RFPs and tenders. Develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and agency capabilities. Strategic Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and anticipating future needs. Translate client goals into actionable digital solutions, collaborating with internal teams to scope and price projects. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnerships. Internal Coordination & Project Alignment Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, tech), ensuring clear communication and alignment. Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed. Ensure deliverable meet client expectations and agency standards. Brand Representation & Relationship Building Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and reputation. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, turning satisfied customers into brand advocates. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and strategic reviews. Performance & Growth Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to the agency's growth trajectory. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Collaborate with leadership to shape the agency's business development roadmap and identify new market opportunities. As the successful Sales Manager - Digital Marketing Agency - you will have the following requirements: Experienced Leader At least a Bachelor degree in Business Management (or equivalent by experience) and min. 5 years in a sales or business development role within a service industry - ideally related to digital solutions Target-Driven : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals and negotiating high-value contracts. Strategic Thinker : Able to anticipate client needs and translate them into actionable digital solutions. Relationship Builder : Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders. Multilingual Communicator : Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus. Cross-Team Collaborator : Skilled at coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Organized & Agile : Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Digitally Fluent : Deep understanding of digital services including strategy, UX/UI, development, and AI. Confident Ambassador : Represents the agency at events and builds visibility through networking. Curious & Energetic : Brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a growth mindset to every challenge.
