Our client is A fast-growing European digital collective composed of six specialized agencies, this organization brings together over 110 experts in strategy, AI, development, and UX/UI. Known for delivering impactful digital solutions, they collaborate across borders to serve major international brands with creativity and precision.
In order to sustain their growth, they are currently actively looking for a new Sales Manager for their Brussels offices

As the successful Sales Manager - Digital Marketing Agency - you will have the following responsibilities:
Translate client goals into actionable digital solutions, collaborating with internal teams to scope and price projects.
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnerships.
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, tech), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to the agency's growth trajectory.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
As the successful Sales Manager - Digital Marketing Agency - you will have the following requirements:
Experienced Leader At least a Bachelor degree in Business Management (or equivalent by experience) and min. 5 years in a sales or business development role within a service industry - ideally related to digital solutions
Target-Driven : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals and negotiating high-value contracts.
Multilingual Communicator : Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus.
Cross-Team Collaborator : Skilled at coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
