The client is looking for a E-Commerce Manager - Retail - Cosmetics sector to join his team in Brussels.
Our client is a key player in the retail sector, specializing in beauty and lifestyle products. The structure fosters team collaboration and encourages employees to be proactive and innovative.
As the Ecommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and the distinct positioning of each brand
Leading and managing the e-commerce team (3 people)
Monitoring and improving e-commerce performance metrics while driving data- driven decisions to optimize sales and customer retention
Collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution, promotional planning, and inventory management
Exploring partnerships with agencies to support content and design
Master in Business Engineering or Marketing
Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally with 5+ years in a similar position
A sales-oriented mindset, capable of driving performance and optimizing
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and foster collaboration across
Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus but not
