Construisez-vous notre avenir avec nous ? Description de la fonction En tant que Supplier Manager , tu gères et optimises nos relations avec les prestataires de services et les fournisseurs . Tu rejoins notre équipe Network qui est le moteur de la croissance et du développement d'Homeras.

Tes principales responsabilités
  • Tu noues et entretiens de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services.
  • Tu sélectionnes les bons fournisseurs et négocies les contracts sur la base de critères définis. Tu contrôles la qualité des services fournis et gères les conflits éventuels.
  • Tu travailles sur des initiatives communes pour développer des programmes de qualité.
  • Tu suis les tendances du marché et les innovations technologiques afin d'identifier de nouveaux fournisseurs de services potentiels et de renforcer la position concurrentielle de l'entreprise.
  • Tu évalues les performances des prestataires de services par rapport aux KPI et élaborez des plans d'action pour améliorer leur conformité.
  • Tu conserves soigneusement toute la documentation relative aux protocoles, aux accords et à la communication avec les prestataires de services.
  • Grâce à tes connaissances techniques, tu peux évaluer les réparations avec précision.
  • Tu prépares des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels et discutes de tes conclusions avec le Head of Network.
  • Attention pour customer centricity & operational excellence.
Profil
  • Tu peux gérer un réseau de prestataires de services et tu sais comment sélectionner les bons partenaires en négociant les contrats.
  • Tu as au moins 3 années d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction.
  • Tu maîtrises le néerlandais et le français , à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Tu connais les réglementations et les normes relatives aux prestataires de services.
  • Tes capacités analytiques te permettent d'évaluer les performances de tes prestataires de services (via des KPI).
  • Tu peux établir des budgets et identifier des initiatives de réduction des coûts.
  • Tu gardes une bonne vue d'ensemble de notre réseau.
  • Fort(e) en communication , avec des partenaires internes en externes.
  • Tu penses en termes de résultats et travailles dans un environnement où les objectifs et les délais sont essentiels.
  • Tu es dynamique et tu as le sens de l'initiative.
  • Passion pour le secteur de la construction et notre mission de vivre sans soucis.
