Bouw jij mee aan onze toekomst? Functieomschrijving Als Supplier Manager beheer en optimaliseer je onze relaties met dienstverleners en leveranciers . Je maakt hierbij deel uit van ons Network team, dat de drijvende kracht is achter de groei en ontwikkeling van Homeras. Wat je doet?
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van goede relaties met leveranciers en dienstverleners.
  • Selecteren van de juiste leveranciers en het onderhandelen contracten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten en beheert eventuele conflicten.
  • Bij complexe materies en klachten, zoek je naar de beste oplossing om de klant tevreden te stellen.
  • Grondig behandelen en analyseren van rapporten en bestekken en deze goedkeuren.
  • Door jouw technische kennis, kan je nauwkeurig herstellingen beoordelen.
  • Indien nodig, neem jij de nodige corrigerende maatregelen om de prestaties te verbeteren.
  • Je stelt dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapporten op en bespreekt jouw bevindingen met de Head of Network.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor customer centricity & operational excellence.
  • Je spoort snel problemen op en bedenkt altijd effectieve manieren om ze op te lossen.
  • Je houdt alle informatie, contracten, facturen en rapporteren netjes bij.
Profiel
  • Je hebt ervaring met contracthandelingen en leveranciersbeheer .
  • Je hebt 3 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector .
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Frans .
  • Een sterke communicator die zowel intern als extern sterke relaties kan opbouwen.
  • Je hebt kennis van inkoopprocessen en supply chain management.
  • Sterk analytisch om de prestatiegegevens van leveranciers te beoordelen.
  • Je kan budgetten opstellen en kostenbesparende initiatieven identificeren.
  • Je bent mee met de laatste marktontwikkelingen en trends.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, dynamisch & ondernemend.
  • Passie voor de bouwsector én in onze missie zorgeloos wonen.
