Dan hebben wij binnen onze Logistics Division in Deurne de perfecte uitdaging voor jou We zoeken een Operations Manager die met een helikopterview én praktische aanpak de operaties van onze terminal en warehouses naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Doelstelling:
Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze warehouses en terminal in Deurne .
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze logistieke dienstverlening en stuurt dagelijks bij waar nodig. Met een scherp oog voor mensen, processen en cijfers zorg je dat onze operaties efficiënt, veilig en klantgericht verlopen.
Jobinhoud:
Concreet betekent dit dat jij:
De dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten opvolgt en de operationele kwaliteit waarborgt;
De samenwerking met klanten versterkt in nauwe afstemming met de Account Managers;
Mee nadenkt over prijszetting, productiviteit en optimalisaties binnen operaties;
Nieuwe klanten en operationele werkwijzen implementeert op onze sites;
KPI’s en productiviteitsnormen opzet en opvolgt;
Nieuwe technologieën en synergiën tussen sites verkent om kosten te reduceren;
Een gedeelde P&L-verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de site in Deurne;
Maandelijks operationeel rapporteert en verbeterinitiatieven aanbrengt.
Jouw talenten:
Je beschikt over een bachelor in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
Je kijkt terug op 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een operationele of leidinggevende rol;
Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels, spreek je ook een aardig mondje Frans is dit mooi meegenomen;
Je hebt kennis van Lean, Kaizen of 5S en procesoptimalisatie;
Je bent analytisch sterk en kan moeiteloos schakelen tussen strategie en uitvoering;
Je motiveert en helpt anderen groeien als een natuurlijke coach.
