•You are in charge of handling correspondence ( physical mail, electronic mail) and also drafting e-mails, as well as welcoming clients physically or by telephone.
•You are also responsible for assisting with the invoicing process with the clients and ensure that the firm is up to date with incoming and outgoing billings.
•You will be involved in the AML/KYC process by collecting the necessary documents and handling a first verification in order to open new client files. Of course, you will receive the necessary trainings for this. Profile and Career Path | Legal Secretary – Legal – Law Firm – Administrative - Corporate •For at least 2 years , you have been working in a similar role : as legal secretary in a Law Firm, PFS, Big Four or Fiduciary in Luxembourg, or as a corporate administrative assistant.
•Fluency in English and French is asked and required. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German will represent a considerable plus.
•You have a certain spontaneity and open-mindedness to you, which is why colleagues and clients appreciate interacting with you.
•You are able to show a stable career path and have not job hopped every 2 years for example. You also want to evolve long-term at a future employer.
•You have good organizational skills and a good sense of priorities.
