We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Corporate Officer to join our client's dynamic team in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to their corporate governance and legal operations. Your missions: •Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and corporate resolutions.
•Coordinate and manage board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
•Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
•Manage corporate records and maintain accurate documentation of all corporate activities.
•Provide support in the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as other corporate transactions.
•Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
•Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Your profile: •Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Paralegal or Corporate Officer within the financial services or legal industry.
•Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
