•Draft, review, and edit correspondence with utmost accuracy and attention to detail, such as grammar and punctuation.
•Efficiently manage communication with clients, both domestically and internationally. This may include reception duties from time to time.
•Assist in formatting documents and preparing them such as powerpoint presentations for example.
•Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Profile and Career Path | Legal Secretary – Personal Assistant – Paralegal – Law Firm – Legal • At least 4 years of experience in a Law Firm in Luxembourg within a similar role is required.
•Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Legal Secretary in the financial and legal sector is highly desirable.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
•Exceptional communication skills in English and French (additional language proficiency is a plus).
•A first exposure to AML/KYC (such as the collection of documents) is considered a strong asset. Experience is not a must, but you at least have motivation to learn these types of tasks.
•You are familiar with MS Office and other relevant software.
