Als Office & Facility Coordinator in Zellik, Brussel (BE) ben je het kloppend hart van onze organisatie en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze werking van ons kantoor en onze faciliteiten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en het coördineren van facilitaire activiteiten op ons hoofdkantoor en in onze filialen behoort tot je kerntaken. Office- & Facilitymanagement: Administratie & Financiën: Ondersteuning management en medewerkers: Meeting support, agendabeheer, onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers en logistieke ondersteuning.
Procesverbetering & kwaliteit: Analyse van issues, verbeteringen voorstellen en rapporteren op KPI’s.
Opleiding: Bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring (bij voorkeur Office/Facility Management of Business Administration).
Ervaring: 3–5 jaar in een vergelijkbare functie binnen Office/Facility Management.
Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
Gevorderde kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Vast contract: Vanaf dag één speel je een sleutelrol in onze organisatie.
