Voor de boekhoudafdeling van een dynamische organisatie actief in de zorg in Zaventem zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige, analytische en gedreven GL Accountant om het huidige team te versterken. De organisatie stimuleert een omgeving waarin initiatief, kennisdeling en groei worden aangemoedigd. JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN VOOR DEZE FUNCTIE ZIJN: Organisatie & Structuur: Je gaat aan de slag bij een groeiende Belgische tak van een internationale groep in de medische dienstverlening, die onderdeel is van een wereldwijd opererend familiebedrijf. General ledger, Compliance & Rapportering: Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de general ledger, fiscale en juridische verplichtingen, waaronder btw-aangiften, vennootschapsbelasting en de opmaak van de jaarrekeningen. Financiële Coördinatie: In de rol van General Ledger Accountant werk je nauw samen met een internationaal Shared Service Center (SSC) voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van de maand- en jaarafsluitingen. Integratie & Optimalisatie: Je begeleidt de integratie van nieuwe vestigingen binnen de financiële systemen en ondersteunt lokale teams bij het implementeren van procesverbeteringen. Controle & Support: Je fungeert als back-up voor de Financial Controller en bent bereid om incidenteel naar verschillende lokale vestigingen te reizen voor directe ondersteuning. DE VEREISTE KWALIFICATIES ZIJN: Opleiding & Expertise: Je beschikt over minimaal een financieel bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur Accountancy) en hebt een kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige, fiscale en juridische wetgeving of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Relevante Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring opgebouwd binnen een accountantskantoor of een volledige boekhoudafdeling, waardoor je vertrouwd bent met end-to-end processen. Analytisch & Pragmatisch: Je werkt nauwkeurig en servicegericht, waarbij je een hands-on mentaliteit combineert met het vermogen om complexe financiële data te analyseren. IT-vaardigheden: Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met automatisering en software, met specifieke expertise in Excel en ervaring met ERP-systemen. Talenkennis: Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans wordt als een waardevol pluspunt beschouwd.
