Als Account Manager Partners ben je een drijvende kracht achter het opbouwen van sterke relaties, het proactief aantrekken van nieuwe partners en het enthousiast promoten van Partena Professional als dé leider in de wereld van ondernemerschap, ondernemingsloketten en sociale verzekeringskassen. Zorg voor opvolging van A tot Z, meet de tevredenheid, stimuleer de verkoop en stel aanvullende diensten voor.
Identificeer en bezoek potentiële partners en bied op maat gemaakte oplossingen na een grondige analyse.
Voer succesvolle onderhandelingen en sluit winstgevende en langdurige samenwerkingsakkoorden.
Spot nieuwe trends en deel deze met ons marketingteam.
Verhoog de zichtbaarheid van Partena Professional door actief deel te nemen aan evenementen, beurzen en seminars.
Je behaalde bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in de dienstverlenende sector.
Affiniteit met ondernemingsloketten en sociale verzekeringskassen is een pluspunt.
Je bent een echte 'hunter' die nieuwe kansen weet te creëren in vergelijkbare markten.
Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook thuis in een team.
Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands, kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is mooi genomen.
Telewerk (teamregeling) en glijdende werkuren
~12 ADV (arbeidsduurvermindering) dagen voor een 39u contract
~Mogelijkheid om tot een 1⁄2 dag onbetaald verlof per week op te nemen voor de opvoeding van kinderen jonger dan 18 jaar.

Contract onbepaalde duur + eindejaarspremie + dubbel vakantiegeld
