Entering orders, informing internal departments, following up and adjusting meals on board flights, monitoring and organizing the loading of all catering products.
Planning
You maintain close contact with your colleagues from production and dispatch
You follow up and file documents and data
You monitor flight data in IT systems
You organize and optimize the loading of all catering onto aircraft, taking into account possible changes in aircraft type, position, departure, and/or arrival time
You prepare shift schedules for the night teams
Someone who, through clear communication, keeps the different parties informed and ensures that the customer is supplied on time and correctly.
You are a strong communicator, able to manage in Dutch/French/English
You are flexible and willing to work some weekends and public holidays, as well as in shifts
specific software will be taught internally
You hold a category B driver’s license and have a clean criminal record
