Als Customer Service Agent ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je biedt hen de beste ondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat ze tevreden zijn over onze producten en diensten. Dankzij jouw empathie en oplossingsgerichte aanpak kunnen onze klanten altijd op jou rekenen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat op een professionele en tijdige manier.
  • Je luistert actief naar de noden van de klant en biedt passende oplossingen of escaleert waar nodig.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen, retouren en terugbetalingen correct en nauwkeurig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je steeds op de hoogte bent van onze producten, diensten en bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om complexe klantenvragen op te lossen.
  • Je registreert klantinteracties zorgvuldig in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende klantproblemen en draagt bij aan de verbetering van onze service.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands én het Frans. En daarnaast stel je vlot mails op in het Engels
  • Je bent een sterke luisteraar en kan problemen proactief oplossen.
  • Je bent vlot met computersystemen, zoals CRM-software, e-mail en chatapplicaties.
  • Je kan multitasken en je tijd goed beheren, zelfs in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie.
  • Je hebt minimaal een eerste ervaring achter de rug in een klantendienstfunctie.
  • Je bent geduldig, empathisch en hebt een oprechte drive om anderen te helpen.
  • Je blijft kalm en professioneel, zelfs in uitdagende situaties.
  • Je werkt van 8u tot 16u30 en bent bereid om regelmatig de permanentie tussen 16u30 en 17u voor je rekening te nemen.
