Our client is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead the development and scaling of their Enterprise Superintelligence Platform. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can act as the crucial bridge between cutting-edge AI research and the real-world challenges faced by enterprise organisations. The CPO will become the voice of the customer for a platform redefining what enterprise software can achieve. The role involves deeply understanding client needs, solving complex operational challenges, and translating those insights into a clear strategic vision for engineering teams. The position reports directly to the CEO.
Serve as the primary link between the C-suite, AI research teams, engineering, and key stakeholders. Translate complex business problems into actionable user stories and technical requirements using structured ideation and prioritisation techniques.

Manage the product backlog
Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and follow-up on deliverables.

Use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement and future iterations.

Build the ESI team
Support hiring and capability building within the ESI team as the platform scales.
Strong track record in building enterprise software or AI platforms and understanding the unique needs of enterprise clients.

Comfortable engaging with engineering teams on technical topics and understanding the architecture of complex enterprise software platforms. Skilled in strategic roadmap development and backlog management.

Stakeholder management
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders, from technical specialists to C-level executives. Skilled in conflict resolution and expectation management.

Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities while driving product outcomes
