Location/Working area: Pirelli Benelux offices are located in Anderlecht (Brussels, Belgium) and Rotterdam (Netherlands). Working area: mainly Brussels and Flanders area. Job description: Responsible of the Pirelli BeLux’s commercial result in the RETAIL channel, managing 5 people sales team in the field. Your assignment will consist of: Setting up an executive plan in line with the strategy Scouting new business opportunities in the Retail channel Being the direct contact person with all the main Retail chains’ head offices in BeLux Supporting the Commercial direction and the Marketing team in building up a commercial plan for any cluster of customers If needed, going to visit retailers together with the sales force Culture: Considering the only tyre business and revenue wise, Pirelli is the sixth largest player in the global market with a profitability that is among the highest in the sector. Our company is focused on Premium and Prestige segment of the market, characterized by high technology and high-performance products. Pirelli has acquired top positions in terms of market share for both passenger cars and motorcycles business. Pirelli tyres and the brand itself in the market are synonymous with quality, emotions and ultimate performance. Job requirements: You have more than 5 years experience in sales in the automotive industry, better in the tyre business. You have already managed a sales team. You are a result oriented person, capable to manage possible stressful moment during the year. Organization and time management are not foreign concepts for you and creating win-win situations is specific to your thinking pattern. You are good at maintaining and expanding contacts. Capability to speak a fluent Dutch and French is mandatory. We’re a multinational company, therefore being fluent in English is preferable. Willingness to meet clients regularly with a structured approach in the commercial follow-up with them. What Pirelli offers: A challenging position within a dynamic organization.
