Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Antwerpen. Our client is a fast growing company active in the banking sector. As Senior Relationship Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: Providing analytical, tactical, and administrative support with our Credit Analysts in managing a portfolio of existing clients and prospects; Supporting excellent service and responsiveness; Helping grow a diverse portfolio of corporate clients in the Food & Agri sectors; Building a new client base in Energy Transition, in close collaboration with our Corporate & Investment Banking teams in the Netherlands; Actively contributing to client origination efforts by: Screening the market for potential clients; Synthesizing market insights; Preparing pitches & attending meetings; Analysing client needs and developing proactive solutions; Understanding client decision-making and turning challenges into opportunities; Maintaining strong internal & external relationships, including (international) travel; Contributing to sustainable financing & energy transition in Belgium; Playing an active role in sustainable financing and the energy transition in Belgium. The required profile for the Senior Relationship Manager (m/f/x) position: A Master's degree in finance, economics or law; Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or corporate finance; Strong customer focus and highly results-drive, proactive approach; Hands-on mentality, creativity and problem-solving skills; Solid credit analysis skills and understanding of lending and legal documentation; Preferably, a strong knowledge base and interest in the Belgian energy sector; Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and high work ethics; Fluency in Dutch, English & French; Resilience under pressure.
