The Role: We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to develop and manage customer relationships in Belgium. This is a hybrid role combining 70% business development and 30% client engagement, ideal for a technically skilled professional with a commercial mindset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients in the transformer industry. Represent our client at local industry events and customer meetings. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical alignment. Travel occasionally to customer sites (frequency based on planning and client needs). What We're Looking For: Technical background in transformers or electrical engineering. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in long-cycle, relationship-driven sales. Fluent in French/Flemish (preferred for Belgium). Self-motivated and able to work independently without a local legal entity. Willingness to travel occasionally within the region. What We Offer Competitive compensation package.
