Onze klant is een historisch Belgisch bedrijf, al meer dan 100 jaar actief in de internationale retailsector, met zowel productie- als distributieactiviteiten.
Gevestigd in het zuiden van Brussel (Hal), werkt het bedrijf in een Nederlandstalige omgeving en onderscheidt zich door zijn kleinschalige structuur: een team van 11 personen met een collegiale, gezellige en dynamische sfeer. Word deel van een innovatieve onderneming in volle transformatie, met een ambitieuze strategische visie: nieuwe verkoopkanalen ontwikkelen en de directe verkoop aan consumenten verhogen. Als Financial Controller bent u een sleutelspeler in financiële rapportering en analyse, en zorgt u voor de dagelijkse afstemming tussen het management en de operationele teams. Voorbereiden van vier tussentijdse financiële staten per jaar en ad-hoc analyses voor projecten (investeringen, pricing...).
Supervisie van maandafsluitingen, waarbij de codering door een junior wordt uitgevoerd.
Beheer van bevoorrading en opvolging van accijnzen (opleiding voorzien).
Dagelijkse communicatie tussen management en operationeel team waarborgen.
Volledig gebruik maken van Excel en ERP Business Central voor analyses en rapportering (geavanceerde formules, index, draaitabellen).
Aantoonbare ervaring in financiële controle, reporting of analytische boekhouding.
Creatief, proactief en comfortabel in een kleine organisatie.
Vloeiend in Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
Bedrijfswagen en tankkaart.
32 vakantiedagen en 2 tot 3 dagen telewerk per week.
