**VOTRE MISSION**
Dans le cadre de notre notre nouvelle usine, notre Financial Controller Manufacturing sera responsable de la mise en place du nouveau projet d’investissement et du reporting financier de notre nouvelle usine à Nívelles.
Il/elle sera en charge du contrôle des coûts de production et jouera un rôle clé dans l'élaboration des budgets, la surveillance des dépenses et l'analyse des écarts, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de production et de gestion pour assurer la rentabilité et l'efficacité de nos opérations.
**Vos responsabilités consistent notamment à**:
- Élaborer et suivre les budgets de production lié à la nouvelle usine et aux nouvelles lignes de production.
- Analyser les coûts de production et identifier les écarts par rapport aux prévisions.
- Mettre en place et maintenir des systèmes de contrôle interne efficaces.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour optimiser les processus et réduire les coûts.
- Participer à l'élaboration des prévisions et des objectifs financiers.
- Etre capable de prendre en charge la clôture mensuelle des coûts de production.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Diplôme en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou domaine équivalent.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, de préférence dans un environnement industriel ou de fabrication.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion (SAP, Excel, etc.).
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter des données financières complexes.
- Esprit d'équipe et excellentes compétences en communication.
- Proactivité, rigueur et capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit), néerlandais est un plus.
