•You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, ordinary and extraordinary general meetings and draft the minutes.
•You handle all necessary contacts with third parties such as lawyers, notaries and banks.
•You file the annual accounts and legal documentation on the RCS. Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate •You have between 3 years and 7 years of experience as Corporate / Legal Officer in a Fiduciary, Trust or Financial service provider in Luxembourg.
•You are fluent in French and have a good level of English . Any other language, especially German or Luxembourgish, will be considered a strong advantage.
•You are autonomous in your function and able to handle your portfolio from the constitution to the liquidation.
•You want to join a dynamic fiduciary with an outstanding reputation on the market and a good (but natural) growth.
