De MIVB stelt meer dan 10.000 mensen tewerk in meer dan 300 verschillende beroepen Wist je dat we een van de weinige openbare vervoersmaatschappijen ter wereld zijn die zowel betrokken zijn bij het ontwerp en de bouw als bij de planning en de exploitatie van haar netwerk? De digitalisering van onze activiteiten, de modernisering van de metro, de uitbreiding van het tramnet en de bouw van nieuwe remises zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van de boeiende projecten waarvoor de MIVB enthousiaste medewerkers zoekt. Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen? Als Manager Network Services stuur je een team aan dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheren van netwerk- en beveiligingsapparatuur om end-to-end connectiviteit te garanderen. Je werkt binnen de divisie Transport Systems en je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van Field Network Services. Hoe zal je dag eruit zien? Je begeleidt een team van 4 à 5 direct reports (coaching, ondersteuning, evaluatie, motivatie, rekrutering ...). Je organiseert, ontwikkelt en houdt toezicht op de activiteiten van de dienst, en voert het actieplan en de Roadmap uit. Je beheert de volledige levenscyclus van het netwerk- en beveiligingsactiva van de MIVB waarop alle applicaties draaien. Je plant, schat in en beheert het budget. Je zorgt ervoor dat de doelstellingen worden gehaald op vlak van prestaties, kwaliteit, timing en kosten. Je stelt proactief verbeteringen voor aan systemen en procedures. Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in netwerken/beveiliging en teammanagement. Je beschikt over sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten. Je kent je weg goed in de belangrijkste IT- en telecomdomeinen. Je bent vertrouwd met managementprincipes, procedures voor productie-uitrol en projectmanagementtechnieken. Je spreekt Frans of Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
