Are you keen to finetune your PM skills and learn new skills?Do you have good organisational skills and the capacity to lead?Do you have the ‘Can do’ attitude to deliver project successfully?Would you like to help shape the future of the Belgium Rail IT?Is sustainability high on your priority list?Do you have affinity with Network technology?Then you are the person we are looking forKey responsibilitiesLead project delivery from beginning to end;Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management, stakeholders and technical people (architect and technical lead);Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear way;Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;Liaise with client (SNCB/MNBS), partner and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them.
