Jouw functie:
Bij onze klant werken als Marketing Project Coordinator betekent investeren in een rol die creativiteit, projectmanagement en commerciële oriëntatie combineert.
Concreet zal je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid zijn het volledige beheer van diverse projecten, die zich zullen concentreren rond drie hoofdassen:
1- Strategie en commerciële prestaties:
- Analyse en kwalificatie van inkomende leads om hun commerciële prestaties te verbeteren.
- Beheer van hun HubSpot CRM om prestaties te volgen en elke marketinginteractie te optimaliseren.
2- Communicatie:
- Het opstellen van impactvolle persberichten en het ontwikkelen van een robuust netwerk van mediacontacten.
- Promotie van onzeklant tijdens evenementen, conferenties, talks, enz.
3- Coördinatie en projectbeheer:
- Beheer van de implementatie van hun e-commerce (eindejaarsgeschenken, goodies, welkomstpakketten, enz.) om in de behoeften van hun interne klanten te voorzien
- Organisatie en supervisie van deelname aan professionele en gesponsorde evenementen (conferenties, Municipalia, enz.).
- Toezicht op de vertegenwoordiging van onze klant in zakelijke kringen en lokale clubs (CCI, Cercle de Wallonie, Cercle du Lac, enz.).
Team:
Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van vier enthousiaste medewerkers. Samen met de Marketing Manager (Julien), de Community Manager (Aurélie) en een nog te werven Digital Marketeer vorm jij als Marketing Project Coördinator de kern van het team.
Jouw profiel:
Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde en resultaatgerichte kandidaat met:
- Ervaring : Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in marketing/communicatieprojectbeheer binnen een KMO, start-up of vergelijkbare structuur.
- Talen: Een uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands ( FR/NL) om efficiënt te communiceren met onze medewerkers en partners.
- Commerciële oriëntatie : Een strategische mindset en bewezen resultaten in sales.
- Analytische vaardigheden : Beheersing van KPI's en optimalisatie van prestaties.
- Digitale marketing : Beheersing van digitale tools en het vermogen om te innoveren op dit gebied.
- Soft skills: Teamgeest en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende gesprekspartners
- Flexibiliteit : De werkplek is verdeeld tussen Evere en Namen.
