Azuro est à la recherche d'un(e) Marketing Manager capable d'allier vision stratégique et approche opérationnelle solide. Le/La Marketing Manager travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe, le business et les clients, et fait du marketing un véritable levier de croissance. Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing pragmatique axée sur la croissance, la visibilité et l'impact.
Encadrer et coacher une équipe de 4 collaborateurs marketing (campagnes, digital, contenu, partenariats/événements).
Élaborer et suivre la roadmap marketing ainsi que l'ensemble du cycle des campagnes (contenu, événements, réseaux sociaux, e-mailing, SEO/SEA).
Collaborer avec les responsables internes afin d'aligner les actions marketing sur les besoins de l'organisation et soutenir la business.
Coordonner et piloter des partenaires externes tels que des agences marketing, designers et fournisseurs.
Assumer la responsabilité des ventes via la boutique en ligne et des contacts clients de première ligne.
Avoir obtenu un diplôme de master.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, dont au moins 2 ans dans une fonction de management ou de coordination.
Expérience confirmée en marketing inbound et outbound dans un environnement B2B.
Expérience avec HubSpot et les outils de marketing digital (SEO, SEA, marketing automation, analytics).
Maîtrise du néerlandais, très bonne connaissance du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
Intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies telles que l'IA et le marketing automation, avec une approche orientée applications concrètes en PME.
