Voor een groeiende, Vlaamse KMO met een sterke focus op kwaliteit wordt gezocht naar een Internal Sales Medewerker die administratieve nauwkeurigheid combineert met commerciële flair. Deze deeltijdse functie (20u/week, over 5 dagen) is ideaal voor wie energie haalt uit klantgericht werken, strakke opvolging en een gevarieerd takenpakket. Erkenningsnummer VG599/BUOSAP Als schakel tussen klanten en het interne team, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot verloop van de commerciële administratie en klantrelaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen, communicatie en opvolgingen soepel verlopen. Jouw taken: Inboeken van inkomende orders in het ERP-systeem Opvolgen van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail Opmaak van offertes en facturen After-sales opvolging en leveringsadministratie Klantadvies en actieve opvolging van verkoopkansen Klachtenbehandeling met empathie en oplossingsgerichtheid Beheer van klantendata, productfiches en voorraadgegevens Mee opvolgen van de houdbaarheid van eindproducten Beheer van social media en meedenken over de zichtbaarheid van de Factory Shop Commerciële communicatie opmaken en uitsturen Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Sterke kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Taalvaardig: Nederlands + goede kennis van Frans en Engels (Duits is een plus) Ervaring in administratie, klantencontact, orderverwerking en facturatie Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk Commercieel ingesteld, denkt mee en neemt initiatief Zelfstandig maar ook een echte teamplayer Interesse om actief bij te dragen aan de groei van een kleinere maar ambitieuze KMO Een afwisselende job in een KMO omgeving Part-time functie met een goede work-life balans (20u/5 dagen) Optie vast na een geslaagde interim-periode Marktconforme verloning naar ervaring Facturering, Outlook, Klachtenmanagement, Factory, Duits, Administratie, Communicatief sterk, Communicatie, Engelse taal, Sociale media, MS Office Suite, Frans, Interne sales, Klantencontact, After sales, MS Excel, Nederlands, PowerPoint
