We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Business Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience, ready to build up their business unit, drive sales, and empower consultants to shine at our clients. What you'll be doing Business Development Build and execute strategies to leverage market opportunities Identify targets and prospect new clients Understand the technical, business, and human challenges of client projects Shape the best answers (team, expertise, pricing) in the shortest time Negotiate and close deals Nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners Recruitment Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top experts Source, interview, evaluate, and hire consultants aligned with Movify's strategy Build your network of qualified experts, ready to start a new mission People Ensure people management and follow-up your consultants Support consultants in their career growth and development Follow-up your active projects on a frequent basis Skills & qualifications 3–5 years of successful business development experience Strong sales DNA: driven by results, resilient, and persuasive You have a keen interest for the digital world and its expertise Bonus point: you have experience in data & AI consulting services You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Perfect command of Dutch and/or French with excellent English You are a doer : you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and make things happen You are reliable, organized, and have a proactive mindset You're a team-player with leadership potential Movify offers An agile and fast-paced environment An entrepreneurial team spirit A culture of empowerment, openness, and autonomy Room for personal and career development Access to continuous training and mentoring from senior executives A competitive package with performance incentives A warmhearted team that truly cares for one another
