Het Value Proposition & Go-to-market-team streeft ernaar digitale oplossingen te ondersteunen voor verkoop en aanbod naar klanten van AXA toe voor alle producten en klantensegmenten (particulieren, bedrijven en openbare sector).

Het team staat in voor digitale marketingprojecten (customer journeys, direct marketing, bepalen van de service na verzekering) en alle copywritingaspecten van de go-to-market-aanpak.

Om ons team te versterken? zijn we op zoek naar een **Marketing & Customer Journey Expert.**

**Jouw rol bestaat er concreet in**:

- Bij te dragen aan de implementatie van initiatieven voor het globale marketingplan, gebaseerd op de strategie van AXA.
- Digitale customer journeys & diensten te ontwikkelen, toe te passen en/of uit te breiden om de verkoop op te krikken en klanten in verrukking te brengen met toegevoegde waarde voor onze verzekeringsproducten.
- Waardevoorstellen uit te werken via producten of customer journeys die klantenacquisitie en -binding bevorderen, in samenwerking met andere departementen.
- Upsell
- en cross-sellcampagnes uit te rollen, waarbij je zorgt voor de uitvoering van a tot z.
- Bij te dragen aan de SEO-ambities van AXA door content te creëren die een toegevoegde waarde heeft voor het beoogde klantensegment.
- De concurrentie in het oog te houden en zichtbaarheid te geven aan initiatieven in verband met je scope/klantensegment.

**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een master of bachelor en bewezen beroepservaring
- Je hebt drie jaar ervaring in marketing
- Goede kennis van verzekerings
- en bankproducten (in het bijzonder Life/Pension & invest) is een troef
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je beschikt over sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden. Je kunt in projectmodus (agile) werken
- Je hebt ervaring met copywriting en UX-writing
- Je hebt een 360° visie, je communiceert gemakkelijk, je kunt goed samenwerken en goed luisteren
- Je bent in staat om boeiende presentaties uit te werken en complexe verzekeringsproducten om te zetten in aantrekkelijke klantgerichte diensten
- Je durft knopen door te haken en ambitieuze oplossingen voor te stellen, zonder dat Je daarbij de klantbeleving uit het oog verliest
- Je bent op zoek naar een uitdaging en wilt graag deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team en samenwerken in een aangename sfeer.
