**Job description**:
Voor een klant van ons, gelegen in het Brusselse, zoeken we een Senior Business Project Manager. Je wordt mede-verantwoordelijk voor het management van een zeer groot strategisch project bij onze klant. Hierbij rapporteer je functioneel aan de Head of Development en je maakt ook deel uit van het Strategy team. Het programma gaat nu over van schetsontwerp, naar de start van de voorontwerp fase ter voorbereiding van de vergunningsaanvraag. Ondersteunend aan de projecten binnen het programma, maken diverse workstreams integraal deel uit van het programma, zijnde aanbesteding, vergunning, bouwkosten en TCO, financiering, capaciteiten, branding, commercialisatie, veiligheid,.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

- Opvolgen van de realisatie van de programma-objectieven en van de vooruitgang
- Garanderen dat alle projecten en workstreams op dezelfde lijn zitten en het uiteindelijke doel helpen bereiken.
- Opvolgen en coördineren van verschillende projecten/workstreams binnen het programma
- Waken over efficiënte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken externe en interne partners (consortium architecten, QQS, duurzaamheidsexperten, product experten,.)
- Coordineren van externe key stakeholders binnen je scope
- Verantwoordelijk voor interne rapportering van het programma en/of project/workstream
- Fungeren als interface voor product-, project-, klant en informatiestroom
- Het verzekeren van samenwerking en het monitoren van interdependenties tussen dit project en andere projecten van de klant
- Controleren en bijsturen om efficiëntie te verhogen, risico’s te verminderen, veranderingen te identificeren en alternatieve oplossingen voor te stellen
- De senior project manager is onderdeel van het multidisciplinair en cross-departementaal project team
- De senior project manager is verantwoordelijk voor beheren van het geïntegreerd programma/projectbudget (inclusief budgetonderdelen constructie, IT, commercieel, etc.), dit in samenwerking met het financieel departement en constructie departement
- De senior project manager fungeert ook als ambassadeur van de standaard project management methodologie bij de klant

**Have you got what it takes?**:

- Jouw achtergrond en ervaring:

- Je hebt minstens 7 relevante ervaring in project management
- Je hebt een affiniteit voor constructie/vastgoed projecten en de luchthaven omgeving
- Je hebt een bewezen ervaring met prioritering in complexe omgevingen, management rapportering, communicatie, cross-departementale mechanismen en procesverbetering
- Je toont uitstekend organisatietalenten, sterke communicatievaardigheden en hebt een sterk synthetisch vermogen
- Je bent een echte team player, in staat om met diverse disciplines en mensen te communiceren en samen te werken. Je kan je aanpassen aan diverse omgevingen (commerciële klanten, overheden, leveranciers, )
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
- Je beschikt over een Master diploma, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een MBA
- Je hebt kennis van PMI methodologie (PMBok) of andere gelijkwaardige methodologie
- Je beschikt over een sterk ontwikkeld strategisch inzicht en synthetisch vermogen
