Préparer et exécuter un plan stratégique et des objectifs annuels ;
- Développer et entretenir un réseau de relations privilégiées avec les partenaires ;
- Assurer le suivi administratif des certificats et des licences d’utilisation du label en collaboration avec l’assistant.e administrati.f.ve
- Assurer le suivi de portefeuille clients ;
- Proposer des formations sur la mise en place de la chaîne de contrôle ;
- Suivre les développements techniques au niveau international ;
- Organiser et participer activement aux salons avec l’équipe en place ;
- Promouvoir l’utilisation des outils de communication auprès des partenaires ;
- Entretenir les contacts et la coordination avec les organismes de certification ;
- Constituer et développer une base de données de prospection qualitative (utiliser l’ERP et le CRM) ;
- Réaliser une prospection active par le biais d’un networking régulier (événements, foires, soirées d’informations, etc.) et de recherche ciblée ;
- Participer à des réunions en lien avec les activités de l’organisme au niveau national ;
- Participer avec les équipes internationales à la prescription de la certification dans les cahiers de charge.

Afin de renforcer son équipe, notre client engage un (M/F):
National Key Account Manager
- Un diplôme de niveau Master ;
- Une expérience commerciale réussie dans le domaine de la certification, de l’audit ou d’outils techniques est un atout ;
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans une fonction commerciale ;
- Bilingue français/néerlandais avec une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais ;
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint ) ;
- Une connaissance des outils pour organiser des webinaires et pour générer des leads (Calendly, LinkedIn, etc.) ;
- Une connaissance d’utilisation d’outil CRM tel que Odoo ;
- Affinité pour les chiffres et rigueur ;
- S’adapter à son interlocuteur et être résistant au stress ;
- Persuasif.ve et capable de défendre les intérêts de façon diplomatique lors de réunions ;
- Esprit « can do » avec un « growth mindset » ;
- En possession du permis B.
