**OVER DE UGENT**

**JOUW OPDRACHT**
- Wij zoeken een postdoctoraal onderzoeker in het domein van energierenovaties van bestaande gebouwen met een specifieke focus op levenscyclusanalyse (LCA) en levenscycluskosten (LCC).
- Je participeert in een onderzoeksproject rond duurzame HVAC systemen voor bestaande rijwoningen en Vlaanderen, en bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van levenscyclusanalyses en levenscycluskostenanalyses.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij lopende projecten in het domein van levenscyclusanalyse van gebouwen.
- Je draagt bij aan het onderwijs en je begeleidt masterthesisstudenten (gemiddeld 10% van je tijd).
- Je draagt bij in de aanvraag van nieuwe onderzoeksprojecten in deze domeinen
- Je komt terecht in de onderzoeksgroep Bouwfysica aan UGent (Faculteit Ingenieurswetenschappen en Architectuur).

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een diploma van Doctor op proefschrift in het domein van levenscyclusanalyse van energierenovaties in gebouwen
- Je kan ervaring met levencycluskostenanalyses (LCC) aantonen
- Kennis van de LCA-tool Simapro en van Matlab is een pluspunt
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels zowel schriftelijk als gesproken taal
- Je bent een dynamische teamspeler

**ONS AANBOD**
- Wij bieden je een contract van bepaalde tijd voor een periode van 01/01/2025 tot 30/04/2026.
- De indiensttreding kan ten vroegste vanaf 1/01/2025
