- Would you like to work in a Frites Atelier, where the product was personally developed by star chef Sergio Herman, and where you are part of a young, driven team with ambitions? Chips are our fries and a good atmosphere is our hospitality. Quality and service, every day, sound logical but we like to make it happen. For our location in Antwerp, we are looking for an assistant-manager, a passionate right-hand man who loves people and understands that team spirit makes the difference. And how do you fry fries? We will teach you how to do that in Sergio's test kitchen or in one of our cool workshops._
**Who are you?**
As assistant manager, you work closely together with the Atelier Manager. It is literally your Atelier for which you are jointly responsible operationally, commercially and financially. Team spirit is essential and working together is your talent. You take care of the culinary experience of the guest down to the last detail, and function in all functions on the location; from preparations in the kitchen, helping guests at the cash register, preparing chips in our traditional baking ovens, to preparing dishes according to Sergio 's recipe. You also see the training and coaching of your team on hospitality as a challenge so that your Frites Atelier impresses its guests.
**Your talent**
- Of course, you have an eye for details (a dead plant, an overflowing wastebasket or a birthday girl).
- You like to keep all the plates spinning, multitasking challenges you
- You have catering experience, the more the merrier, but we can certainly teach you something too
- You have a hands-on mentality and function well in a duo role
- You are in for a full-time job and no nine-to-five personality
- You like a professional approach that makes hospitality feel pure and natural
- The Dutch language is a plus, but French and English are also good assets.

In addition, his inspiration from fashion, design, art & music is important for the DNA of Frites Atelier. The clothing developed especially for our Frites Artistes is an example of this. We will grow in the coming years through our new franchise strategy where the top quality assortment and our entrepreneurial approach will make the difference.
