**Your tasks as a Service Performance Specialist**
The Service Performance Specialist is responsible for following up/monitoring/improving the Service Performance (ICT/Network Performance and the Quality of Service), in line with the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Key Quality Indicators (KQI's) and therefore acts as point of contact/expert and ambassador in this domain.

You are eager to grow your technical knowledge and to learn about how different ICT & network services/systems/platforms/domains work and are designed. You want to know how they influence, contribute and link to the End-to-End Service Performance, Quality of service standards and Customer Experience. Then this position is for you

You will be responsible for:

- **Proposes implementation of new tools **and provides input concerning Service Performance, in collaboration with various stakeholders to make sure the focus is on quality and meets the Telenet quality standards for our customers
- **Supports projects/initiatives **linked to Service Performance. Participates in the effective roll-out and ensures the end-to-end quality of service is maintained
- **Challenges solutions, designs and plans **provided by different operational and technical teams.
- **Identifies potential threats **that may affect service quality by monitoring performance and trends
- **Provides recommendations/advices **towards teams and management on how the Service Performance can be improved to ensure the best experience for our customers. Creates awareness to the stakeholders about these topics and their link to customer satisfaction.
- **Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported results **so that management and other stakeholders have a clear picture of the status of services provided and can make informed decisions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience in telecommunications/ICT sector
- Knowledge of IT scripting and IT systems/languages (Python)
- Eager to learn programming languages
- Analytical thinking skills
- Able to align with stakeholder
- Team spirit
