**Your tasks as a Service Performance Specialist**
The Service Performance Specialist is responsible for following up/monitoring/improving the Service Performance (ICT/Network Performance and the quality of service), in line with the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Key Quality Indicators (KQI's) and therefore acts as point of contact/expert and ambassador in this domain.
You are eager to grow your technical knowledge and to learn about how different ICT & network services/systems/platforms/domains work and are designed. You want to know how they influence, contribute and link to the End-to-End Service Performance, quality of service standards and customer experience. Then this position is for you
You will be responsible of:
- **Proposing implementation of new tools **and providing input concerning Service Performance in collaboration with various stakeholders to make sure the focus is on quality and meets the Telenet quality standards for our customers.
- **Supporting projects/initiatives **linked to Service Performance. You participate in the effective roll-out and ensures the end-to-end quality of service is maintained.
- **Challenging solutions, designs and plans **provided by different operational and technical teams.
- **Identifying potential threats **that may affect service quality by monitoring performance and trends.
- **Providing recommendations/advices **towards teams and management on how the Service Performance can be improved to ensure the best experience for our customers. You create awareness to the stakeholders about these topics and their link to customer satisfaction.

**Our Service Performance Specialist**
- Must-have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in Telecommunications/ICT sector
- Experience in Fixed Access Networks
- Experience in Entertainment (TV & OTT) products
- Cooperation & communication skills: being a team player
- Data analytics skills: being able to do good data analysis & presentations based on data
- Should-have:
- Knowledge of IT scripting and IT systems/languages (Python) or eagerness to learn programming languages
- Experience in Mobile Access Networks
- E2E Technology view with Customer oriented focus
- Nice-to-have:
- Network tools experience
To summarize, you must have strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mind, a hawk's eye for spotting flaws in processes and eagerness to learn with strong customer focus.
