**Your Impact**:
As a service manager, you are an ambassador for both Ordina and your clients. For customers, you are a single point of contact for all their questions regarding the IT services provided. In this customer-focused role, you will lead the Ordina service team, aiming to deliver first-class customer experiences and achieve operational excellence. You will communicate at various levels in the customer organization and foster customer relationships.
**Where you're going to get started**:
The Service Experience & Excellence practice within BPS (Business Platform Services) consists of consultants and experts who mainly fulfill roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Transition Manager and IT Process Facilitator. Our SEE team keeps a finger on the pulse of our clients and ensures quality in and delivery of IT contracts and projects. We guide improvement processes and focus on absolute customer satisfaction.
We aim to deliver quality services to form a partnership where trust is the base of our relationship. To deliver this promise, we are looking for new colleagues who can contribute and want to be changemakers.

**This is you**:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience with service management within an IT infrastructure environment
- You know domains such as cloud (Azure and Office 365), storage and mobility and productivity solutions
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- You have at least a ITIL v3 certification
- You know the difference between SLAs and KPIs
- You have strong communication skills, both written and oral
- You have a people-oriented approach
- Trust and partnership are two of the driving forces in your daily work
