Your responsibilites as service delivery manager
As Service Delivery manager, you will assume accountability for the correct delivery of all components of the signed contract between Telenet Business and the nominated top customers.
As S(D)M, you are the TB representative to the top customers by taking responsibility for several of the following elements:
- the active contract management, monitoring the scope
- the follow-up, reporting and optimisation of the contract P&L
- you act as the functional team lead of all internal stakeholders involved
- Up
- and cross-selling of the contract via lead-passing and lead detection in cooperation with Sales and Solutions Houses
- Customer satisfaction : correct reporting, interpretation of results and corrective actions where necessary
- Accurate Change managemen t in cooperation with the customer
- Reporting on service delivery in terms of SLA, network performance, and corresponding improvement plans where necessary
- Implementation of periodic Governance, both internal and external, with appropriate stakeholders
- Contractually securing all partners and suppliers
- Assisting the client in defining its strategic roadmap
- Communication and monitoring of escalation procedures
Interactions and line management
- You will work closely with colleagues in your own Operations department, but also with the other Sales teams, Solutions Hous teams, BEAT and with the various external partners, etc.
- You will report to the Team manager Service Delivery

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager:
- You act and think at Bachelor's or Master's level
- You are at home in the world of Networking, Mobile, ICT Integrator and Managed Services and understand the processes in an Operations environment.
- You are able to perform margin calculations (customer P&L) and watch over budget.
- You have experience in managing and improving processes. We can count on your honest opinion, which you know how to share with your stakeholders in a passionate and respectful way.
- You enjoy working with colleagues but dare to take your own responsibility when necessary.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. Also a good knowledge of French? Then you already have an edge
