What is the project about?
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop release and test strategies for internal and customer projects/products at all levels of release management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery, mínimal risk, and optimal cost.
- Manage dependencies and remove impediments between releases and initiatives.
- Design new release delivery processes in a complex telco architecture landscape.
- Define release policies and guidelines, ensure quality gates are implemented, and manage different environments and test phases.
- Adapt to evolving technologies and different release types to improve delivery processes.
- Communicate delivery changes and evolving release types to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation and present release and test strategies to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
- Master's degree (industrial engineer or computer science) or equivalent through proven experience and minimum 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience in information systems operations environments in systems analysis or development.
- Dutch and English speaking (both written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt management and interaction style depending on the type and impact of release and stakeholder.
- Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills; ability to set and adapt priorities.
- Good knowledge of ITIL, release management processes, and evolving technology (DevOps, CI/CD, feature flags, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation skills.
- Capability to alternate between a helicopter view and detailed follow-up (deep-dive); ability to detect areas for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive summaries.
- Capacity to react fast and accurately to meet release deadlines.
- Ability to work in and adapt to rapidly changing environments (agile, technologies, etc.).
