**Regionale Service Manager.** Ben jij het talent dat wij nodig hebben?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je bent een gedreven** people manager** met technische affiniteit die zowel instaat voor het opvolgen van alle service gerelateerde aspecten bij klanten alsook het aansturen van een gedreven team aan service techniekers in de regio.
- Je gaat **inzicht **geven **aan de klant **in het totaalpakket aan service activiteiten.
- Je staat in voor het **analyseren** van de situatie bij de klant en zal een gepast advies of offerte opmaken op het vlak van service.
- Je draagt bij tot **dagelijkse klantencontacten** en plannen van regelmatige klantbezoeken waar serviceafspraken zijn gemaakt.
- Je behandelt **vragen van klanten **met betrekking tot service en staat in voor het initiëren/coördineren van de daaruit voortvloeiende acties.
- Je bespreekt **cijfermatige** kostenoverzichten met de klant.
- Je informeert de interne organisatie over **algemene en commerciële ontwikkelingen**.
- Je ondersteunt inzake **technische adviezen** aan de service engineers in de regio.
- Je ondersteunt de **commerciële buitendienst **met adviezen op het technische gebied of inzake de service.
- Je stuurt jouw eigen** team van 14 service engineers** aan.
- Je **organiseert en vergadert** met de engineers.
- Je staat in voor het signaleren en voorstellen van **productverbetering** en werkmethodes in overleg met Technical Support & Engineering.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je bent woonachtig op de as **Antwerpen-Zuid - Brussel.**:

- Je bent **commercieel en servicegericht**.
- Je bent een **sterke communicator** met people skills.
- Je hebt **een bachelor diploma** in een technische richting of hebt door ervaring een zeer sterke technische kennis opgebouwd.
- Je hebt **mínimaal 5 à 10 jaar relevante werkervaring** in een commerciële service organisatie of soortgelijke rol.
- Je spreekt naast** Nederlands** ook een aardig woordje Frans en Engels.
