If you answered yes, read on to become our new **Technical Service Manager**
**Your challenge**:
**Responsibilities**:
- You ensure Everlam’s Interlayer is processed flawlessly by providing best in class glass lamination
- You complement the Regional Sales Managers to meet the business objectives in the DACH/ Central Europe region.
- You develop and maintain sustainable relationships with customers.
- You support product qualifications and identify opportunities to increase productivity at the
customer and Everlam.
- You can independently troubleshoot and resolve product performance and processing issues.
- You collect competitive intelligence and you keep abreast of developments and trends in the
laminated glass business.
- You maintain a network in the glass processing industry.
**Qualifications and Competencies**:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Science/Chemistry/Civil engineering
- Superb analytical, diagnostic and trouble shooting skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills at all levels in the organization
- Able to work independently whilst remaining an excellent team player
- Able to articulate technical customer needs within the organization
- Fluent in German and English
- 5-10 years of working experience in similar industry or chemical operations industry
**Extra info**:
- You are based in Germany preferable in the Hamm, Uentrop region as very regular presence at the Operations Plant is required.
- After an intensive training period, 30-50% travel is expected.
