**Werkomgeving**
Het **Centrum voor Cybersecurity België (CCB) **is de nationale autoriteit voor cyberveiligheid in België. Het CCB superviseert, coördineert en waakt over de toepassing van de Belgische cyberveiligheidsstrategie. Door optimale informatievoorziening kunnen bedrijven, de overheid, aanbieders van essentiële diensten en de bevolking zich beter en gepast beschermen.
Het departement **_Internationale Relaties, Beleid en Nationale Coördinatie _**richt zich op vier hoofddoelstellingen:
- Analyseren van relevante informatie over internationale ontwikkelingen op het gebied van cyberveiligheid,
- Formuleren van voorstellen over bijvoorbeeld regelgevende en niet-regelgevende initiatieven, geïnspireerd door bilaterale uitwisseling van best practices,
- Nationale, bilaterale, multilaterale en supranationale relaties beheren: een solide en dynamisch netwerk van contacten opbouwen, een Belgisch standpunt coördineren en relaties onderhouden met alle relevante belanghebbenden, met inbegrip van publiek-private partnerschappen.
- Het departement vertegenwoordigt het CCB in internationale fora, versterkt het internationale profiel van het CCB en promoot het standpunt van België in internationale fora over cyberveiligheid, onder meer door gewicht uit te oefenen op EU- en internationaal beleid voordat het wordt aangenomen en door verwezenlijkingen van het CCB uit te dragen.
Het departement **_Internationale Relaties, Beleid en Nationale Coördinatie_** analyseert relevante internationale en nationale ontwikkelingen om het management en de projectleiders van het CCB te adviseren over relevante internationale verplichtingen, kansen, trends en beleid, zodoende het CCB opereert als een gewaardeerde nationale autoriteit voor cyberveiligheid en dat België wordt gezien als een actieve, toegewijde en gerenommeerde speler op het gebied van cyberveiligheid in de EU en wereldwijd.
**Taakomschrijving**
Als **Analist Internationale Relaties** zal jij informatie verzamelen, analyseren en distribueren over nieuwe en bestaande internationale initiatieven en wetgevingen voor specifieke technische domeinen (zoals bv. AI, Cloud, Active Cyber Protection projecten, digital identiteit, emerging technologies) alsook het mappen van nieuwe initiatieven en relevante cyberveiligheids-projecten met onze homologen in andere landen. Wat doen andere landen beter of anders? Zijn er normen of policies rond bv. AI, kunnen wij deze vertalen naar de Belgische context? Door proactieve monitoring van technische beleidsinitiatieven, identificatie van belangrijke kansen, formulering van technische beleidsdocumenten met betrekking tot cyberveiligheid en het adviseren van de leidinggevenden in jouw department, werk je mee aan een veilig en up-to-date België.
Het doel van deze functie is om expertise te ontwikkelen over bepaalde technische beleidsdebatten. Hierdoor kan het CCB actiever vorm geven aan bepaalde thema’s, zowel op nationaal als op EU-/internationaal niveau, teneinde een leidende houding aan te nemen ten aanzien van belangrijke vraagstukken.
Binnen deze functie zal je regelmatig deelnemen aan internationale, technische werkgroepen.
***_Concreet zouden volgende taken tot jouw takenpakket kunnen behoren:_**
- Opstellen van briefings, achtergrondverslagen, beleidsnota's en interne memo's over verschillende beleidskwesties (AI, Emerging technolgy, digital identity, ransomware..). Dit omvat het identificeren van kansen en uitdagingen die worden gecreëerd door nieuwe initiatieven, bv. de vele projecten in het kader van de cyberstrategie van de EU
- Je volgt de internationale tendensen inzake jouw gebied van deskundigheid (AI, Cloud..) en onderhoudt contacten met de privé sector.
- Deelname aan technische werkgroepen (bvb EU Cloud,..)
- Nauwere betrekkingen ontwikkelen met belangrijke individuele spelers in de particuliere sector op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging om een effectieve uitvoering van CCB-initiatieven te waarborgen
- Je wordt verondersteld een grondige kennis uit te bouwen op verschillende thematieken.

**Profielomschrijving**
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master of Bachelor diploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring ofwel in het domain van Cyber/ ICT of in het domain van Internationale Relaties, beleidsprocessen, onderzoek, criminologie.
- Je hebt een zeer analytische geest, je kan verbanden leggen en je kan duidelijke en begrijpelijke rapporten schrijven.
- Je hebt een echte “problem solving” mentaliteit en neemt graag initiatief.
- Je hebt een sterke motivatie voor deze functie en je bent bereid je continu bij te scholen.
- Je kan het hoofd koel houden
