Le Technical Business Analyst for Corporate, Finance and HR Technology coordonnera et assurera le processus et l’analyse business afin d'apporter des solutions technologiques aux défis d’Eurostar Group.
La mission principale du Technical Business Analyst consistera à s'assurer que les priorités du département IS sont alignées sur les besoins de l'entreprise, afin d'atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de manière cohérente. Il se positionne en tant qu’ambassadeur de l'utilisation de la technologie au sein de l'entreprise afin de rationaliser les processus commerciaux.
Principales responsabilités:
- Documenter l'état actuel à l'aide de cartes de processus, afin de le présenter aux parties prenantes et d'évaluer les domaines d'opportunité, de rationalisation et d'amélioration;
- Examiner les exigences commerciales par rapport aux processus actuels et contribuer au développement et/ou à la mise en œuvre des exigences en utilisant des techniques d'analyse;
- Animer des ateliers afin d'obtenir des résultats ciblés et une compréhension commune des besoins des utilisateurs;
- Documenter formellement les fonctions et les processus à l'aide des outils Microsoft Office (y compris Visio) et/ou de la suite Google;

De belangrijkste missie van de Technisch Business Analist is ervoor te zorgen dat de prioriteiten van de IS-afdeling afgestemd zijn op de behoeften van de business, om de strategische doelstellingen op een coherente manier te bereiken. Hij/zij zal worden gepositioneerd als ambassadeur voor het gebruik van technologie binnen de business om bedrijfsprocessen te stroomlijnen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Documenteren van de huidige staat met behulp van proceskaarten om te presenteren aan belanghebbenden en gebieden van kansen, stroomlijning en verbetering te beoordelen;
- Toetsen van business requirements aan de huidige processen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en/of implementatie van requirements met behulp van analysetechnieken;
- Workshops faciliteren om gerichte resultaten en een gemeenschappelijk begrip van gebruikersbehoeften te bereiken;
- Formeel documenteren van functies en processen met behulp van Microsoft Office tools (inclusief Visio) en/of Google Suite;
- Ondersteunen bij de productie van managementinformatie en deze presenteren aan collega's;
**Requirements**:
Vous faites preuve d’une vaste expérience, notamment:
- Expérience en tant qu'analyste commercial dans le cadre d'un programme et d'un projet, idéalement sur un ensemble de projets de changement technologique et commercial tout au long du cycle de vie du projet;
- Expérience de travail au sein d'un programme et d'une fonction d'exécution de projet dans une organisation internationale;
- Expérience de travail dans une fonction de réalisation de programmes et de projets au sein d'une organisation internationale;
- Expérience de la gestion efficace des parties prenantes.
En plus de cela:
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais. La maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout;
- Vos capacités d'analyse et communication vos partie de vos forces.Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring, waaronder:
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het toepassen van best practices, beleid, procedures en processen voor bedrijfsanalyse, met het vermogen om deze waar nodig aan te passen aan de specifieke behoeften van het veranderingsprogramma of -project;
- ervaring als programma
- en projectbusinessanalist, idealiter in een reeks technologie
- en bedrijfsveranderingsprojecten gedurende de gehele projectlevenscyclus
- ervaring met het werken binnen een programma
- en projectuitvoeringsfunctie in een internationale organisatie
- Ervaring met het werken in een programma

- Ervaring met effectief stakeholdermanagement.
Daarnaast:
- Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Frans en het Engels. Vloeiendheid in het Nederlands is een pluspunt;
- Uw analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden behoren tot uw sterke punten.
