Voor de ondersteuning van onze groeiambities en verdere uitbreiding zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Manager. In deze rol stuur ben je het aanspreekpunt wat betreft HAACP en productkwaliteit binnen de organisatie

**WAT VALT ONDER JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID?**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, uitrollen en borgen van de kwaliteitssystemen, conform de geformuleerde normen en richtlijnen.
- Je bent het voorbeeld en de trekker voor het installeren van een voedselveiligheid
- en kwaliteitscultuur binnen de productiesite. Je zorgt voor een goede opleiding van alle kwaliteits
- en productiemedewerkers.
- Je draagt zorg voor het onderhoud en het verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagement systeem conform de wetgeving, ACS, bedrijfsstandaarden en klanteneisen.
- Je vormt het aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie wat betreft kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, HACCP en hygiëne.
- Je volgt kalibraties en validaties op en zorgt dat de kwaliteitsdocumentatie up-to-date blijft.
- Je coördineert de opvolging van procesparameters en kwaliteitscontrole binnen de volledige flow van grondstof tot product en je garandeert de constante kwaliteit van de grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten.
- Je coördineert en begeleidt interne en externe audits (o.a. ACS, BRC, IFS en ISO) en bent aanspreekpunt voor controlerende instanties.
- Je voert de HACCP en hygiëne rondgang uit. Je volgt voor een actuele stand van zaken op bij vertegenwoordigers vanuit productie.
- Je behandelt klachten in samenspraak met alle stakeholders.
- Je analyseert trends en implementeert verbeteracties in geval van product
- of procesafwijkingen.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager.

**WAT KAN JIJ TOEVOEGEN AAN ONS TEAM?**:

- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring binnen de voedingssector of in een rol binnen kwaliteit.
- Je beschikt over mínimaal een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting (vb. voedingstechnologie of biochemie).
- Je hebt sterke kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en kan deze ook vertalen naar en toepassen in de praktijk.
- Je hebt ervaring met people management.
- Je bent leergierig, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Jouw administratie staat op orde.
- Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en weet van aanpakken. Je bent oplossingsgericht en streeft steeds naar win-win situaties.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer: je kan vlot samenwerken met anderen. Jouw communicatieve skills staan op punt.
- Je bent kritisch ingesteld en durft anderen te wijzen op het niet correct naleven van regels en procedures.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
- Je kan je vereenzelvigen met onze belangrijkste waarden: respect, open communicatie en teamwork.
- Je bent flexibel naar werktijden (occasioneel weekend
- en nachtwerk indien de situatie dit vereist).
- De personeelsleden bewustmaken van en opleiding geven over de benadering van kwaliteit
- Het plan, de fases en de acties van kwaliteitsopvolging ontwikkelen en uitvoeren
- Gevallen van non-conformiteit analyseren

Corrigerende acties bepalen en aanbevelen
- Kwaliteitsprocedures uitwerken en aanpassen en de correcte toepassing controleren
- Technische ondersteuning en advies geven aan diensten en klanten (ontwerp, uitwerking,)
- Documentatiemateriaal voorzien, beheren en actueel houden
- Kwaliteitsgegevens opvolgen en analyseren
