**Functieomschrijving**:

- Binnen het domein van payroll services bieden we verschillende applicaties aan die de loonadministratie en -verwerking in goede banen leiden. Als ICT Delivery Lead stuur je een agile scrum team van analisten en developers aan voor de **ontwikkeling van de applicaties** die toegewezen zijn aan je team.
- Je garandeert, samen met je team, een **correcte oplevering van ICT-wijzigingen** in lijn met gemaakte afspraken op vlak van scope, kwaliteit, prioriteit, tijd en budget.
- Bij geëscaleerde incidenten maak je mee deel uit van het **crisisteam**: je coördineert de oplossing, het onderzoek naar de root cause en de realisatie van structurele oplossingen voor onderliggende problemen.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige **rapportage **ten behoeve van service management, portfolio management en delivery. Je volgt op en stuurt bij aan de hand van KPI’s en dashboards.

**Functie vereisten**:

- Als rasechte **coach** ben je flexibel in de omgang met partners en collega’s en hecht je veel belang aan een goede samenwerking.
- Je maakt **complexe zaken begrijpbaar** en lost graag problemen voor klanten op.
- Je durft je nek uitsteken en **ownership** nemen.
- Voortgang van acties, resultaten en KPI’s volg je nauwgezet op, alsook het vooropgestelde **budget**.
- Bij incidenten weet je de rust te bewaren en de juiste focus te leggen om **oplossingsgericht** te werken.

- Een **bedrijfswagen + tankkaart** behoren ook tot jouw loonpakket.
- Daarnaast krijg je **maaltijdcheques** van €8/dag, **ecocheques** van €205 en **cadeaucheques** van €40 op jaarbasis.
- We bieden jou een **uitgebreid verzekeringspakket**: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
