Basé à Bruxelles et rattaché à la Directrice des Opérations de Tootbus Brussels, ainsi qu’à la Directrice Commerciale en management fonctionnel, le commercial terrain est le premier ambassadeur de notre Marque.

Vous aurez pour mission d’accueillir et d’informer les Visiteurs sur le terrain, notamment à proximité de nos arrêts et de les aider les clients à s’orienter dans la ville. Vous ferez le lien avec nos partenaires commerciaux à Bruxelles quand cela sera nécessaire.

**Rejoignez l’équipe Tootbus autour des missions suivantes**:

- A travers une démarche d’écoute active (compréhension, reformulation), proposition d’une offre de services ciblée en réponse aux attentes du Client, et concrétisation de la vente
- Parfaite connaissance de l’offre de services Hop-on Hop-off et de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale
- Respect des procédures, standards & codes de conduite en termes d’accueil Client
- Participation aux initiatives de satisfaction clients
- Force de proposition d’amélioration continue de l’offre de services et des procédures en place
- Remontées et gestions des retours clients en lien avec les équipes Customer Care et l’équipe opérationnelle.
- Vente sur le terrain aux localisations fixées
- Être garant de l’image de marque de l’entreprise

Poste basé à Bruxelles

Contrat CDD jusqu’à fin octobre

Travail à l’extérieur en uniforme Tootbus
- Formation supérieure avec orientation tourisme, ventes et / ou communication
- Première expérience en ventes souhaitée.
- Fort intérêt pour Bruxelles et connaissance de la ville.
- Goût pour l'opérationnel.
- Langues : connaissance de l’anglais, le français, le néerlandais ou une autre langue.
