**Functie**:

- You will ensure that the team members achieve the collective and individual objectives relating to customer satisfaction, productivity, etc;
- You follow up, coach and improve the team's performance;
- You work closely with different departments to ensure fast, sustainable and efficient customer satisfaction;
- You actively participate in the development of the team through training, coaching and recruitment;
- You will identify opportunities for improvement in both processes and day-to-day management, and you will do everything possible to improve the customer experience.

**Profiel**:

- You have strong verbal and visual communication skills;
- You are able to connect easily with the different levels of the organization;
- You have good organizational skills and have no difficulty prioritizing your tasks and those of your team;
- You have a positive attitude. Within a group, you are the one who can raise the level and spirits, even when things get difficult;
- You have an analytical mind and like to juggle with figures or data;
- You are a team player;
- You like to train, coach and support a team;
- You are a social person who likes to work in a team;
- You are structured, ambitious and motivated;
- You are naturally positive and see the glass as half full rather than half empty;
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
