**Si vous êtes un expert de l'organisation qui aime apporter un soutien dans l'organisation d'événements B2B, alors cette position est faite pour vous Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Junior Event Specialist, un(e) team player qui soutiendra l'animation commerciale pour nos courtiers, nos key accounts et nos sales partners.**

Vous rejoindrez une équipe jeune et dynamique au sein du département Sales & Distribution Belgique. Vous contribuerez à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux. Ce département est responsable de toutes les communications et animations commerciales qu'Allianz organise pour ses relations B2B. Au sein de ce département, vous collaborerez avec d'autres responsables événementiels et spécialistes de la communication plus expérimentés. Vous travaillerez pour la plus grande compagnie d'assurance au monde, qui offre de nombreuses opportunités de développement et de formation. C'est un rôle autonome avec beaucoup de responsabilités au sein d'une équipe stimulante.

**Nous comptons sur vous pour les taches suivantes**
- Vous êtes responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre d'événements, d'incentives et d'actions commerciales pour nos partenaires de distribution.
- Vous organisez des événements physiques et numériques tels que des round tables, des roadshows, des lancements de produits et des campagnes de lancement.
- Vous êtes responsable de la réalisation de A à Z. Vous utilisez pour cela votre réseau interne, mais vous travaillez également en collaboration avec les partenaires externes qui vous assistent dans la mise à disposition des lieux.
- Vous traduisez les inputs des stakholders internes en rétroplannings, soutenez les briefings aux agences externes et assurez un suivi avec Procurement.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi, de la collecte et de la transmission des feedbacks aux parties impliquées
- Les outils numériques qui seront utilisés seront présentés lors de votre intégration
